How to Read a Member by Month (MXM) Report
Like PVD, it is a detailed report showing the months that the employee was billed and including the premium amount and fees.
Key parts in an MXM Report
- Subscribers name – Name of the Employee/s of the group
2. Coverage – Length of coverage of the Subscriber (Employee)
3. Member ID – is the last four digits of Employee’s SSN
4. Type - is the total premium coverages elected by the group such as Medical, dental, life, etc
5. Invoice numbers and Due date – These columns were that months that the group were invoiced. Due date and Invoice number are listed above the columns and employees were billed for the months with premium amount indicated on corresponding type of coverage they are enrolled.
6. Projected Adjustments - are the premium and fees adjustments that are not yet invoiced such as employee or dependent termination/addition or any other adjustments for the Subscriber.
7. Notes – Additional information are indicated here such as Employee and dependent coverage start and end date and retro adjustments due dates.
