You have the capability to set-up/change retirement contributions for your employee's in ScalePEO. Below is the process:
1. In ScalePEO, in the search bar, type Retirement Plan Enrollment and open the page.
2. Details to complete on form:
a. Employee - Employee to set up enrollment
b. Retirement Plan - Plan available to the employee
c. Status - Set to Active
d. Status Date - This is the date that the retirement contribution is effective.
e. Under Election Details - Enter New Date - Enter effective date for contribution.
f. Enter percentage or amount based on the employee's contribution.
3. Click Save
1. In ScalePEO, in the search bar, type Retirement Plan Enrollment and open the page.
2. Details to complete on form:
a. Employee - Select employee that you want to update contribution
b. Under Election Details - Enter New Date - Enter new effective date for contribution.
c. Enter percentage or amount based on the employee's contribution.
3. Click Save
