Changing your Broker
For Groups Headquartered Domestically
If you’d like to change your broker, please email your request to renewals@tbsmga.com.
The letter should be provided on your company letterhead and include the following:
- Account numbers for all of your products (Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, etc.)
- Name of the new broker or agency including their Tax ID number
- Effective date of the new broker or agency
- Signature and Date

If you’d like to change your broker, please email your request to globalrenewals@tbsmga.com.
The letter should be provided on your company letterhead and include the following:
- Policy Number
- Name of the new broker or agency including their Tax ID number
- Effective date of the new broker or agency
- Signature and Date
