Changing your Broker

For Groups Headquartered Domestically

If you’d like to change your broker, please email your request to renewals@tbsmga.com.

The letter should be provided on your company letterhead and include the following:

Account numbers for all of your products (Medical, Dental, Life, Vision, etc.)

  • Name of the new broker or agency including their Tax ID number
  • Effective date of the new broker or agency
  • Signature and Date

For Groups Headquartered Internationally

If you’d like to change your broker, please email your request to globalrenewals@tbsmga.com.

The letter should be provided on your company letterhead and include the following:

  • Policy Number
  • Name of the new broker or agency including their Tax ID number
  • Effective date of the new broker or agency
  • Signature and Date
