Cancelling Group Coverage
Renewal policy cancellations require written notification on company letterhead of intent to cancel within 30 days of the renewal. Cancellations other than at renewal also require 30 days advance notice on company letterhead.
If advance notice is not provided, we will cancel the account with the next billing cycle, and you will be liable for all premiums billed through that date.
